USATF South Carolina (USATFSC) would like to formally invite you to submit a proposal to host the 2020 USATF South Carolina Association Youth JO, Open & Masters Cross Country Championships. The included events are:

Please note these events are both held on the same day. The single Open & Masters event (a 5k) precedes the JO events and has nominal impact. Collectively these events are singularly referred to as the 2020 USATFSC Association Cross Country Championships.
The RFP (Request for Proposal) documents, including a proposal submission form, are available on the USATFSC website at: http://usatfsc.org. The documents are included in a RFP package (zip file): ASC1120.
All proposals are due via email no later than 5pm, Monday, October 28, 2019. Proposals should be emailed to: [email protected]
NOTE: Please note you are submitting by October 28, 2019, a proposal to host the 2020 USATF South Carolina Association Cross Country Championships (not the 2019 Championships).
